When Miko was 5 a terrible flu went through her town, and eventually it came to her house... Miko's dad had caught the flu, and had been in bed for 5 weeks before Miko finally realized he was sick. She had been helping around the house and had started to get worried. her dad had refused to come out of his room, and he never spent time with her. Once she realized he was sick, a week later he died.
Miko's name comes from a village in which Miko, a young Latias, was a hero and protected her home and village from evil and such. But one day a horrible storm hit the village, and the storm was followed by many dragon pokemon, these pokemon do not exist to this day... Upon all these pokemon was a leader, a giant, blood red dragon, one that was called Friizio, as despite its type froze many parts of the village. Not only this, but Friizio could control the weather, and bring bad or good luck upon citizans and pokemon, and he chose bad luck... Miko however was strong enough to stop the dragon, but it took all of her strength. Her body remained a stone for a while, but eventually the rocks crumbled a part, leaving Miko as just a memory.
