Which game is team cipher in? I thought everyone was making up these names(I don't follow that well) Are Snag Machines in the games? If team cipher isn't in a game, where'd you get the name? Why do people recognize the name? Do Snag Machines teach attacks???

Um...Answering your questions in order. It's just Cipher and it's in Pokemon XD and Colisseum. Yes. No need to answer question 3, or 4. And no, Snag Machines just Snag Pokemon.
