My team fromage leader sprite

Hi.. i just finished Making my own team fromage Leader sprite... does anyone know how to put the code thingy on if it was made on MS paint.

for me to show it I might need alittle help befor i am finished with it, it looks like this> except instead of the magma symbol it has an orange F.
If anyone can help me make it please do..

You need to sign up on a site that will hold your images. I use photobucket myself. Try making an account there. It's quite simple really. The only problem is with MS Paint is that you can't make transparent backgrounds. Or at least I haven't found a way you could.
