There seems to be a bunch of caves with FIRE STONES in them. So, there are a few Arcanine, Ninetails and Flareon, but they are very, very, very rare, and have only appeared a few times! Perhaps they will come if they deem you worthy! (Only I can make people find the Fire Stone cave. xP)
